It’s that time of year… winter is winding down and the snow here in MN is melting away, birds are singing and the days are getting longer, that means Spring is right around the corner!

2017 was a year of massive magical transformation for me, personally. It has been about three years in the making… starting when I decided to go back to school out East (the Boston area) to be an Energy Medicine Practitioner and Life Mastery Coach. It wasn’t easy to dig deep within and look at what it was that kept holding me back from feeling fulfilled, happy, content and GOOD ENOUGH. Deep down, I always knew that I was meant to do something bigger in life but, secret inner doubts and a sense of unworthiness held me back and kept me chained to my hamster wheel. Who was I to think I can be someone like Deepak, Oprah, Brene – healers in their own unique way.
2017 was the year that I stepped into my power and Fitness For The Soul Life Mastery Coaching was born and me along with it! That process has been a massive three year transformation from the inside out. I worked my chakras over and cleared out many emotional and mental roadblocks! The Chakras are where all those secret roadblocks and unworthiness vows are held.
When we employ the wisdom of our Chakras to our everyday life we help our energy flow freely and experience a healthier, more balanced state of being so we can then engage in life with more vitality, joy and peace.
The chakra system affects the way we feel in our body, mind, and heart.

This was all new to me, I used to think that the Chakras were a bunch of bologna and voodoo.

It was the best thing I ever did, the MISSING PIECE and I had previously done a lot of work, reading and going to workshops, hiring coaches to help myself be a better coach, business woman, mother, wife and make more money (that was a big unworthiness block) but it never seemed to stick.
Working with my Energy (chakras) and Soul Energy, I have come to believe I AM ENOUGH, I have a voice and I am pretty damn good at what I do. I have created within me the confidence, the umph, the passion to be my own person and step into my business in a bigger way.
