It’s that time of year… winter is winding down and the snow here in MN is melting away, birds are singing and the days are getting longer, that means Spring is right around the corner!
And it’s natural this time of year to be thinking about what you might like to Spring into and give birth to in 2018. I know, it tends to be a cliché to discuss what you want to birth but there is good reason! Spring is the time of creating something magical!
And I am ready to create something magical with you!
But first let me share a little about my magical experience.
2017 was a year of massive magical transformation for me, personally. It has been about three years in the making… starting when I decided to go back to school out East (the Boston area) to be an Energy Medicine Practitioner and Life Mastery Coach. It wasn’t easy to dig deep within and look at what it was that kept holding me back from feeling fulfilled, happy, content and GOOD ENOUGH. Deep down, I always knew that I was meant to do something bigger in life but, secret inner doubts and a sense of unworthiness held me back and kept me chained to my hamster wheel. Who was I to think I can be someone like Deepok, Oprah, Brene – healers in their own unique way.
2017 was the year that I stepped into my power and Fitness For The Soul Life Mastery Coaching was born and me along with it! That process has been a massive three year transformation from the inside out. I worked my chakras over and cleared out many emotional and mental roadblocks! The Chakras are where all those secret roadblocks and unworthiness vows are held.
When we employ the wisdom of our Chakras to our everyday life we help our energy flow freely and experience a healthier, more balanced state of being so we can then engage in life with more vitality, joy and peace.
The chakra system affects the way we feel in our body, mind, and heart.
It also affects how we react to life, our blocks, our physicality, our relationships, our health, our money and our conscious and unconscious patterns. In essence, it affects the WAY WE LIVE.
This was all new to me, I used to think that the Chakras were a bunch of bologna and voodoo.
Was I wrong!
It was the best thing I ever did, the MISSING PIECE and I had previously done a lot of work, reading and going to workshops, hiring coaches to help myself be a better coach, business woman, mother, wife and make more money (that was a big unworthiness block) but it never seemed to stick.
Working with my Energy (chakras) and Soul Energy, I have come to believe I AM ENOUGH, I have a voice and I am pretty damn good at what I do. I have created within me the confidence, the umph, the passion to be my own person and step into my business in a bigger way. To bring to my community in its own unique authentic way a little Oprah, Deepok, Brene. I no longer need to allow the secret inner doubts, the secret inner fears, the secret flaws of my humanity to keep me STUCK, POOR and UNHAPPY in my life.
The big lesson over the three years for me was that the true measure of success is how well you can heal your core vows, your emotional roadblocks, your mental resistances and move out of your defenses and into your core, authentic self that connects to your SOUL. Then, stepping up in life listening to your calling and following it with passion and joy.
Learning how to heal all the parts of myself that were still scared to be seen, still scared to be recognized, still scared to be rejected. While, at the same time, falling in love with the difference I was making in my life and making in other women’s lives.
To have Carol text me that she was at work and for the first time felt true joy…for no reason at all. To realize how much she instantly wants to go to battle and puts on the smile to hide her true feelings and to hear how she is shifting to LEAD rather than battle. To express her feelings and needs rather than swallowing them down and hiding behind her smile. AND working her chakras is finally helping her to relax so her body is no longer fighting against her and she is now dropping weight effortlessly.
To have Jay share that she is SO HAPPY and that in her wildest dreams she woudn’t have thought up the business she has today. AND she has her energy back, a business she loves and found her playful self that she felt she lost.
No more Mrs. Overwhelm and Mr. I’m not perfect enough.
All the pressures of the world, the unhealed hurts are making their way to the surface…the Feelings of Disconnection, Uncomfortableness and feeling Unfulfilled In Women are starting to arise and the desire to be healed is HUGE .
that is why I feel there is so much unrest, anxiety and unhappiness
My purpose is to help women find their voice, speak their truth, and find their strength; that internal fire that feeds their Soul and connects to the POWER WITHIN allowing them to step into their hearts desire. To declare to themselves, to God, to a higher power what they are “FOR” and have the energy, passion, and joy to embrace it.
The reason why I have been silent on email and with the videos is because I wasn’t sure if I was ready to step so boldly onto this path. But seeing the success, the joy, the voices being heard, the lives being changed on a daily basis, I know this message and support is needed in a bigger way!
It has taken some time, but I AM READY.
What I’m ready “for” is one thing – to support women to connect them to their divine soul and help them let go of the unhealed hurt, vows, resistance, and secret roadblocks lodged in their emotional bodies, their chakras, that leak out as feeling unfulfilled, unhappy, not good enough.
We all have a spirit and a beautiful heart that dwells within us. Once we release the roadblocks masked as unhealed inner hurts (blocked in the chakras) we can move into the magical life we secretly desire but don’t know how to ask for because we are now realizing no matter how hard we work, we strive, we succeed it is never enough….until we connect to our soul and release the vows, and hurts and let go of the secret, hidden doubts, worries, and fears.
Let’s get to the heart of the matter that is in your Chakras and connect to and experience your Soul Power. This is where your energy is limitless and where life is of grace and ease!
